Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend, goes out on the next working day.
Every parcel is packed by hand at the studio and includes a care card for the style you ordered.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100. Your bag shows how far you are from the threshold.

Every confirmed order gets a number in the format VR0000. Enter it on the Order Tracking page to see the current stage.
In this demo, tracking status advances automatically on a fixed schedule rather than from a carrier feed.
