Returns and exchanges

Return period

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item for a full refund. The window starts the day the parcel arrives, not the day it was ordered.

Condition

• Try shoes on a carpeted surface — soles that show wear cannot be accepted.
• Return items in their original box, with any dust bags and packaging included.
• Keep the swing tag attached.
• Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within 30 days. Request one by email and we will send a prepaid label and reserve the replacement while your first pair travels back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the whole order is returned or the item was faulty.

Faults and repairs

Construction is guaranteed for 12 months. If something fails in normal wear, send us photographs and we will repair or replace the pair.

Welted and Blake-stitched styles can be resoled indefinitely. Contact us and we will quote for a resole rather than a replacement.

How to start a return

• Email care@verano-demo.com with your order number and the item you are returning.
• We reply with a returns reference and a prepaid label.
• Repack the item, attach the label and drop it at any carrier point.
• You will get an email when it arrives and again when the refund is issued.
